
EnveoTherm Premium MW
EnveoTherm Premium MW is a certified facade system designed for residential and commercial buildings, including new constructions and renovations of older structures. The system consists of selected Enveo products, combined to create a high-quality facade assembly engineered for long-term functionality.
The insulation element can be either stone wool lamella or board. The final decorative layer offers the choice of specially formulated facade plasters, designed to meet specific performance requirements based on the building's location and conditions.

Installation Instructions
Apply Isover Boards TR 5 - TR 15 and Isover Lamella insulation boards to a prepared surface using EnveoKleber Excellent, Premium, or Premium Lite adhesive. Stone wool boards should be impregnated with adhesive and applied using a perimeter-point method, while lamella boards require adhesive application across the entire surface. When placing the boards, ensure they fit tightly together, and that the joints do not align with the edges of openings. Before reinforcing the entire surface, install necessary profiles with mesh (corner, drip edge, contact profiles, etc.) and reinforcements at corner openings. Reinforce EnveoKleber Excellent/Premium/Premium Light adhesive using EnveoTherm Mesh 117 50, 131 50, or 3F 50 with a 10 cm overlap. Ensure that, after covering the mesh with adhesive, the total adhesive layer thickness is at least 5 mm. Position the mesh in the outer third of the adhesive layer to secure high resistance to external conditions. Find complete product usage instructions via QR code or at www.saint-gobain.rs.

Apply Enveo Grund primer over the well-dried EnveoKleber Excellent adhesive in one or two layers as needed. The surface must be completely covered with either white or tinted primer matching the facade finish from the EnveoTherm Mix system. Before use, thoroughly mix EnveoPutz wet renders and prepare the material for the designated surface. Apply the product in a synchronized manner, maintaining a "wet-on-wet" connection to prevent visible joints after drying. During installation and drying, the air and surface temperature should be between 5°C and 30°C. Protect the material from adverse weather for at least 24 hours.
