Product description
Apply EnveoTherm Mesh 3F in exactly the same way as any other mesh, but thanks to it's tri-directional yarns, without the need for diagonal mesh strips around openings.
Area of application
EnveoTherm Mesh 3F was designed especially as a mandatory component of ETIC system. It saves the time of the installers because it enables to omit the step of diagonal reinforcement. This is not only faster but also helps to achieve easily flat surface of your facade. Product was tested in lab as well as on construction site. This specific approach was certified by ETA 21/0760, point 9.
Thanks to the triaxial construction, balanced tensile strength in all 3 directions and alkali resistance EnveoTherm Mesh 3F prevents any potential crack creation and by that protects the whole system from water infiltration and mould development. The life time of any system is by that prolonged to maximum.

Installation
- Firstly, corner and window profiles should be correctly applied on the prepared surface.
- Apply the first layer of base coat over the entire surface.
- Apply the mesh from the top to the bottom of the wall by pressing it into the first layer of the base coat (starting from the centre then out to the side).
- The overlap between the two mesh strips should be a minimum of 10 cm to ensure continuity of reinforcement.
- Apply the rest of the base coat keeping the mesh in the upper third. Cut off at the openings.
